In general, at any given moment, you will find Mike with a big warm smile on his face. He laughs often and it’s clear this man has a huge heart. You would think him the kind of man who always wanted to be married. But Mike will openly admit, it wasn’t necessarily something he saw for his life. That was, until he met Tammie. And I love that about their story. It wasn’t always assumed that they would end up down this path, but his love for Tammie and the desire to have her in his life for always, made him a believer in the idea of marriage. And Tammie was definitely worth the change in heart. She is such an incredibly sweet, thougtful, clever, sassy and not to mention gorgeous girl. It’s easy to call this girl a catch. And Tammie and Mike truly could not be better matched.
Now, given what you know about Mike, you might have thought him to be nervous during the ceremony. Maybe a bit pensive or anxious, but it couldn’t have been more opposite. He was filled with joy, laughter and as Tammie walked up the aisle, and they exchanged vows, there were even a few tears. It was clear, by the reactions of their family and friends, that this was a special day to them too. Tammie and Mike exchanged vows in Foresthill at the Forrest House Lodge, which provides an incredible backdrop for their nuptials. Tammie and Mike really held nothing back, they allowed me to photograph them authentically, and there’s really nothing more I can ask of my couples than that. It was such a sweet day to be part of!
Wow! Amazing and besutiful. Can’t wait to see more. I sit here with tears. The pic of beau and I dancing the mother/son dance and Dawn and Clinton in sharp focus took my breath away!! It should have been Deb, but could not br, so I am humbled and honored it was me. Love you both!
mmmm mmmm good! I knew the photos would be beautiful, but these are just exquisite. They bring back all the feelings and emotions of the ceremony. Love them.
Stunning! Beautiful pictures, images show the emotions so well…felt like I was there. You guys look lovely, and so happy! Mike, that looks like a REALLY nice wedding ring. I hope to see more pictures. Tammie, love that shot of your reflection in the mirror.
