COVID-19 RESCHEDULE
This option is available to stout studios couples affected by covid-19 who are forced by a government mandate that their event be postponed. THIS FEATURE CANNOT BE USED TO HOLD A DATE. PLEASE DO NOT PROCEED IF YOU ARE NOT YET READY TO COMMIT TO A NEW CONTRACTED DATE. If you use this feature to reschedule your wedding before having definitive contracts/commitments from your necessary family/vendors and later ask to change the date again, we will ask you pay an additional date-change fee. We kindly ask you be courteous to all couples who are going through this hardship and only proceed if/when you’re ready to change your contracted date.
- This feature is available to couples affected by COVID-19 for rescheduling purposes only. Your original signed contract is still active and binding. Once you reschedule, we will send you a date-change addendum to sign. Once this is complete your new date will be reserved.
- There is an overwhelming number of couples electing to postpone their wedding. In an effort to provide as many potential dates as possible for our couples, we will be confirming availability but will not assign a specific photographer to your new date until the pandemic is more stable and we have the ability to evaluate the full impact on our schedule.
