Winters is the kind of city you'd describe as "out in the middle of nowhere" and that's part of it's appeal. It's untouched, nestled in the valley of Northern California. Depending on the time of year, Winters is full of crops that range from oranges, almonds, mustard seed, and my favorite, sunflower fields! It's a beautiful city for farming and events!
