They met in college and decided after completing their undergrad program, that it was time for an adventure. So they packed their bags and together headed to Colorado. And now they’re headed for a whole other kind of adventure, marriage. Melissa and Michael will marry this December at the Old Sugar Mill. They invited me up to their parents property in ElDorado for their e session and though I got a little lost on my way up there, when I arrived I was a happy little photographer! Dead grass, open fields, a barn and they brought along their little pups! Melissa has a seemingly effortless look. She is naturally stunning. And she has freckles! (adorable) Michael was such a trooper through this session. He’s not used to all of our lovely pollen here in Sacramento and well, we were laying and sitting and tromping through it, I think he’ll find it was worth it!
